THE PROCESS
1. Fill out the contact form or email us
2. We contact you within 12 hours to acknowledge your enquiry
3. We assign you a Client Manager
4. We obtain the full order and confirm specific requirements by phone
5. Your order is reviewed and confirmed
6. Your order is placed by our purchasing team
7. Your order is picked and packed
8. Your order is delivered to you at a pre-agreed time
9. We work with local agents to clear goods and ensure correct certifications are in place
10. Your invoice is issued within 7 days of delivery
We are happy to work with local island agents of your choice. We also take all freight bookings, and customs clearance invoices.
PAYMENT TERMS
7 days from date of invoice. We accept payments in EUROS, USD and GBP.
We accept credit card and wire transfers.
LAST MINUTE CHANGES
We will always do our best to accommodate last minute changes. However orders that have already been purchased may not be fully refundable!
